Return Policy


1. Standard Free Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-12 working days.

2. Size Confirmation

  • Please refer to the size chart before placing an order.
  • Size exchanges are not allowed.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

4. Unboxing Proof Requirement

  • To process an exchange, record a clear unboxing video when opening the package.
  • Email the video and photos of the issue to support@badgud.com.

5. No Returns & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
    • Earrings & custom jewelry
    • Worn or used products
    • Sale & discounted items
    • Made-to-order (MTO) products

7. Refunds & Store Credit

  • No cash refunds. Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit.

8. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another item or opt for store credit.

9. Shipping for Exchanges

  • If courier pickup is unavailable, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
