Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping	7-12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Standard Shipping: Free on select new orders.
COD Shipping: ₹99 per order.
If your COD order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two times before it is returned to us.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order status on our website using the provided tracking link.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@badgud.com.
If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide a resolution within 7-12 business days.
