  • Incorrect Product Received: If the item received differs from what was ordered, report it within 4 days of delivery.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, we will investigate the issue and offer a refund if necessary.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or customer-induced damage.
  • Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Custom or personalized products.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@badgud.com within the stipulated timeframe.
  2. Provide order details and necessary photos/videos for verification.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect).
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement product to your address within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we can replace it instead of issuing a refund.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
